The Bornean jungle teases us with its deepest secrets as it awakes new instincts about food we have never known. To discover the uniqueness of nature’s jungle food, of which knowledge was passed down for generations in the form of chants and stories while others are still to be remembered or simply lost.
A daring culinary attempt to look at the Bornean Cuisine spirit at its core, interpreting its potential through a contemporary take, the project presents:
